Quality

Quality Management

We aim to deliver clear, technically sound and proportionate work. Project outputs should be reviewed, traceable to the agreed scope, and communicated in a form that helps clients make practical decisions.

Safety

Health & Safety

We expect work to be planned and delivered with suitable regard to health, safety and welfare. For site-based activity, responsibilities, hazards, competence, access needs and project-specific controls should be agreed before work begins.

Environment

Environmental Responsibility

We support practical environmental risk reduction, efficient use of resources, waste minimisation and resilient design. Where relevant, environmental constraints and opportunities should be considered in options, specifications and recommendations.

Integrity

Anti-Bribery & Corruption

We do not tolerate bribery, corruption, facilitation payments or improper inducements. Gifts, hospitality, referrals and supplier relationships should be transparent, proportionate and never used to improperly influence a decision.

People

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

We aim to work fairly and respectfully with clients, suppliers and collaborators. Decisions should be based on capability, conduct, project need and objective criteria, not discrimination or harassment.

Supply Chain

Modern Slavery & Supplier Conduct

We oppose forced labour, human trafficking and exploitative working practices. We expect suppliers and delivery partners to operate lawfully, ethically and with suitable regard to worker welfare.

Confidentiality

Information Security

We treat client, project and commercial information with care. Access should be limited to those who need it, and project data should be shared through appropriate channels for the sensitivity of the work.

Projects

Project-Specific Requirements

These statements are general commitments. Where a project requires specific policies, certifications, method statements, risk assessments, insurance terms, security controls or client procedures, those should be agreed separately in writing.
